The Courtyard

Location: Burkina Faso

Located in Ouaga Burkina Faso, The Courtyard is a commercial complex implemented on a 3 900 square meters plot. A public square is conceived as an introverted space, enclosed by walls and buildings, and is accessible from three entrances. Each building has a direct view of the common exterior area.

It’s a place where cultures meet through international cuisine, of which a branch of the French Maison Kayser. The program also includes a VIP Lounge, a Sky Bar, kids entertainments areas and offices. The heat factor is considered, large shaded areas are created by the buildings positioned according to the sun path.
