The brief

The design balances product display with a convivial setting for visitors. Its two-storey programme is conceived as a dynamic, open space.

Material and atmosphere

Wood, concrete and exposed brick form the material palette. Their raw textures provide a setting for the warmth and colour of the bread on display.

Part of a larger place

The bakery belongs to a wider destination for dining, leisure and work. Its interior offers a distinct experience within that shared setting.
