Cornet Chahwan — Residential Building, Lot 3366
Located on Lot 3366 in Cornet Chahwan, Lebanon, this residential building is defined by a composition of light stone surfaces, recessed glazing and projecting balconies. The façade balances solid planes with open outdoor spaces, giving the building a clear rhythm and depth.
A tall screen of warm vertical fins marks one side of the composition, contrasting with the sculpted stone façade and darker balcony frames. Deep reveals create changing shadows across the elevations, while glass balustrades retain a visual connection between the apartments and their surroundings.
Integrated planters and generous terraces extend the living spaces outdoors and soften the street frontage. The design brings together privacy, daylight and outdoor living within a contemporary residential expression.
